Good conditions but aged. Luigi Galli (Milan 1822 - Rome 1900) was an italian artist. He studies at the Academy of Brera, Milan. He went to Venice, Paris, London, where he was influenced by English Symbolism and then to Rome where he attended the "Caffè Greco". This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
