Girl is an original drawing in watercolor china ink on ivory-colored paper realized by the French artist Madeleine Scellier (1928). Hand-signed in pencil on the lower margin. The state of preservation is very good. The artwork represents a portrait. of woman joyfully created through quick and confident strokes, interestingly colored by yellow and blue as her hair curlers. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
