This original 1960 color lithograph by Marc Chagall, titled 'Ruth Gleaning,' was published by Éditions de la Revue Verve and printed by Atelier Mourlot in Paris. The artwork features a dreamlike composition with figures rendered in expressive, fluid black outlines against a vibrant background of red, orange, and pink washes. A central figure in a patterned pink garment is depicted alongside a yellow-toned figure and a smaller figure with a blue-tinted face. The sheet measures approximately 35.5 x 26 cm (14 x 10.2 inches). The reverse side of the sheet contains a separate black and white original lithograph. This piece is documented in the Mourlot catalogue raisonné as number 234.
