SOORIKIAN (American / New Jersey), depicting a mother and child (baby); early work probably 1970s or before. Oil paint on card board; loosely mounted in a simple wood frame with cardboard backing. Signed lower right. -Approximate dimensions: 30" high, 36" wide, 1.5" deep (frame). -Painting is in good vintage condition with light surface wear. There is a ~1.5" long tear along the top edge (see photo #7). The frame is poorly constructed, has gaps, and damage. Re-framing is recommended. -Colors: brown, tan / beige, yellow, blue, black, white, gray / grey.
