Franz Herbelot is the pseudonym of a Paris street artist active ca. 1940-60, about whom almost nothing is known. He or she sketched scenes, refined them with watercolor in the studio, and reproduced them as color lithographs. Custom framed with conservation materials in 1 1/8" wide x 3/4" deep bronze metallic frame. Sight 9 3/4" high x 11 7/8" wide. Overall 18 1/2" high x 20" wide x 3/4" deep.
