We are selling this interesting mid-century modern oil painting. This very heavily abstracted portrait appears to be of an orientalist man with turban or headwear. It is a very interesting painting with the heavy impasto and color palette. Has a kind of Chaim Soutine influence, similar to works by FRANCOIS HEAULME. Condition: Good overall condition, some wear around the edges of the Masonite. Eye screws to hang it are a little loose.
