We are selling this great Etching of Atchafalaya Swamp by Morris Henry Hobbs. Hobbs (Am. 1892-1967) did many etchings and engravings of the South, particularly New Orleans and the surrounding Louisiana where he eventually died. This etching a solitary boat among the swamp with various critters and is pencil signed by the artist in the lower right, pencil titled in the lower left with an edition of 100. Great framing on the print which has a mate we are listing separately. Condition: Print appears to be in good condition with some light discoloration, not examined outside the frame.
