This oil painting is signed Lou Burnett. Louis Anthony Burnett (1907-1999) was born in NYC in 1907. He studied at the Art Students League & the New School For Social Research He was a member and teacher at the Rockport Art Association for years His paintings are in the collection of the Gloucester Art Museum
