This 1969 figurative woodcut on paper is by Chicago artist, musician and composer Howard Albert (1911-2004). Albert studied at the Chicago Art Institute and with Stanley William Hayter at Atelier 17 in New York. He was a master printmaker and the founder of the Pauper's Press. Good vintage condition.
