Each piece is an original work by artist Garrett Knoll, printed and framed by hand in Brooklyn, New York. The image is printed on site and the frame is custom-built by hand. The result is an archival pigment print (giclée) on lustre photographic paper, set in a walnut frame with an elevated float mount. Every piece ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, professionally packaged to arrive in perfect condition. La Muralla Roja, designed by Ricardo Bofill, stands in Calpe, Spain. Built in 1973 as part of Bofill's Taller de Arquitectura, its stacked red and violet volumes reinterpret the Mediterranean fortress and Moorish courtyard housing traditions.
