Performed approx. 1980 after a gouache from 1929 called Composition neoplasticiste (Hommage à Mondrian). Franciska Clausen worked closely personally with Piet Mondran in the years 1929-30. In this work, Franciska Clausen came close to Mondrian's neoplasticism. The composition is intended as a tribute to Mondrian, an expression of heartfelt admiration.
