A black, white, and gray oil painting by American artist Anthony Louis Popcheff (1954-2000). This abstract work depicts a set of dark clouds hovering over a mountain-like structure the ends abruptly and a tall pole disappearing into the clouds. This piece is displayed in a black frame and in a white mat. Anthony "Tony" Louis Popcheff was born in Colorado and was a self-employed artist. He graduated from the John Herron School of Art in 1985 and had a thirty-year affiliation with Editions Limited and Alliance Gallery Indianapolis Museum of Art.
