Very nice oil painting portrait of a thoroughbred race horse done by Snow In The 1960s. I am not certain if these horses are British or American but I have two of the absolutely gorgeous portraits. Snow captured the integrity and charm of the regal horses. This one is a chestnut and I have another bay named Witch-Hazel. They are in the original frames - framed I believe by the artist with a burlap wood frame. This one is probably done between 1960- 64
