Old label verso. Garnsey studied at the Art Students League, Chouinard Art Institute and in Paris under Jean-Paul Laurens and Richard Miller. A muralist, MGM studios, the World's Fair, the City of Los Angeles, UCLA and Bridges Art Museum among others all commissioned Garnsey.
