Laurie MacMillan's abstract paintings are inspired by plant life, mountains, and geological formations. Even in a completely nonrepresentional piece like "Opposites Attract," she sees wandering trails and red rocks. The angular orange shape near the rounded blue-gray one intrigued her. This painting is on a cradled birch panel, with 1.5" wide sides which are painted white (or could be painted another color upon request). It is wired and ready to hang.
