Osmund Hansen (1908–1995) was a Danish painter and graphic artist, trained at Folmer Bonnén’s painting school. He debuted at the Artists’ Autumn Exhibition in 1935 and developed from naturalistic landscapes to abstract and constructive compositions in clear, decorative colors. Hansen exhibited widely in Denmark and abroad and, with his wife, founded the Osmund Hansen Foundation to support young artists.
