Great looking retro style children's painting.. the style and colors are very 1970's. These came from a gallery in Dallas Texas. I'm not sure who Cato is or was bit there is a New Orleans artist with that name. The little girl with dogs measures 10.75"w by 12.5"h. The one with three children measures 13" w by 9" h.
