A beautiful nature preserve with rolling fields down to a river near the ocean. Each week in summer there's a whole new batch of wildflowers. This week happened to be buttercups. Painted en plein air. This is professional grade acrylic on a cradled 8" x 10" wood panel. The painting is unframed (keeping its freshness), wired, and ready to hang. About the artist: Stephen Remick was born and raised in Vermont. He earned a BFA in Painting from Swain School of Design, a small art school in Massachusetts. He resides in a coastal New England town with his wife, Anne Carrozza Remick, who is also an artist on Chairish. (Steve and Anne's daughter, Tess Remick, is on Chairish too.) Steve's paintings are in private collections all over the U.S. and abroad.
