PAIR Divine Hand Colored French Engravings "THE FLUTE - PLAYER" and "A FETE - CHAMPETRE" {Party in the Fields} (Circa 1830-1890) by Pelee, Pierre. One of Europe's most famous engravers originally from Geneva, and later Paris. The original oil paintings from which the engravings were made, were painted by Jean-Baptiste Francois Pater (1695-1746).
