Colibrí consists of three Tseltal sisters — Ana, Petrona, and Natalia — from San Juan Cancuc, Chiapas. They learned backstrap weaving from elders in their community but now bring new ideas, colors, and formats shaped by collective learning. Each piece reflects their cultural identity and their growth as young, creative women committed to their community. This original work is part of Proud Mary's artisan royalty model. In addition to the upfront commission fee, Colibrí receives 50% of the profit from the sale of this work. * Backstrap woven cotton textile in custom, hardwood frame * Care Instructions * Art imported, Frame made in USA ####*Dimensions* * 24”w x 27”h"
