Part of the Residui series, this marvelous and one-off artwork is made using tempera on wood. It depicts a purposely disharmonious juxtaposition of ancient and modern ruins, reminiscent of empty vessels, where human presence is absent. perhaps after having irrevocably vanished, or rejected its former identity.
