Born in Switzerland, Kaspar-Andreas Zimmermann lived for many years in Biscayne Park, Miami, where he exhibited widely and with success and was the recipient of numerous medals and juried awards.. He is particularly known for his bright, Modernist views of the Florida Everglades.
