On the lower central margin the writing a. Parboni inc. Is impressed. The sheet presents some foxing on the surface and a small rip on the lower central margin. This work depicting a religious scene with the two saints john and paul is realized in burin on an ivory paper glued to a cardboard of the same color. The scene is very movimented and lively. The work has been realized by achille parboni (1783-1841), a xix century italian lithographer. Its signature appeared on plates belonging to the lithographic collection published by josé madrazo.
