Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a gorgeous piece titled “Salmon” executed with acrylic on paper and framed. It is signed in the lower left corner and dated “Palma ‘65”. The art is in excellent condition with no flaws to the paint, typical signs of age and wear. The frame has minor flaws as pictured.
