Angioletta De Nitto was born in 1963 in Brindisi, Italy, and lives and works in Mesagne. In 1996 she was among the finalists for the Premio Arte awarded by the Giorgio Mondadori publishing house. Her artistic research, which continues to this day, initially moves strictly away from the figurative sphere, with realistic connotations, and then gradually evolves toward abstract and symbolic production. She has exhibited in numerous exhibitions, biennials, triennials and art fairs in Italy and abroad, including: Trevi Flash Art Museum, Arte Padova art fair, Berliner Liste, Paratissima Torino, Art Innsbruck.
