Lizars from the drawings of Alexander Wilson. 19th century. Each piece includes the names of each bird shown. Sight of the engravings measures 7 3/4" x 4 3/4". They are matted and displayed in wood frames measuring 12" x 8 3/4". The engravings themselves are in very good condition, along with the mats. The frames do show wear and scratches, particularly to the sides (please see photos). I do have another set of owl engravings by Alexander Wilson from the same collection, while they last.
