Gustav Rudberg (1915-2001, Swedish) Coastal Landscape Oil on canvas. Known for his luminous Scandinavian seascapes and simplified planes of color, Rudberg captured the shifting light and atmosphere of the Swedish coast. Trained at the Royal Academy of Copenhagen and Stockholm, he exhibited widely, including at Konstnärshuset and Waldemarsudde, and his work is represented in the Moderna Museet, Stockholm. Signed LL
