SIGNED “Spirale et Triangle Rouge” Lithograph by Alexander Calder, c. 1969 (Ed. 55/75) Details: Original color lithograph by Alexander Calder, printed in 1969 by Atelier Fernand Mourlot, Paris. Hand-signed by the artist in pencil at the lower right and numbered 55/75 in pencil at the lower left. Titled in pencil on the reverse. Printed in three colors—black, red, and blue—on wove paper. A striking composition of bold geometry and dynamic movement, "Spirale et Triangle Rouge" ("Spiral and Red Triangle") is a standout example of Calder’s graphic work. Known worldwide for his mobiles and monumental sculpture, Calder brought the same sense of balance, play, and spatial rhythm to his works on paper. This limited edition print captures the essence of his visual language at the height of his career and remains a sought-after piece for collectors of 20th-century modernism. Subtle toning to the sheet, with a few soft handling creases and small specks of foxing around the edges. 3 pieces of tape on the reverse from previous framing.
