Each piece is an original work by artist Garrett Knoll, printed and framed by hand in Brooklyn, New York. The image is printed on site and the frame is custom-built by hand. The result is an archival pigment print (giclée) on lustre photographic paper, set in a 0.75 inch thick walnut frame with an elevated float mount. Every piece ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, professionally packaged to arrive in perfect condition. The Southbank Centre occupies a stretch of the South Bank of the River Thames in London, England, built in stages over the postwar decades. The Royal Festival Hall opened in 1951 for the Festival of Britain; the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room, and Hayward Gallery followed in 1967–68, their board-marked concrete a rougher contrast to the Hall's smoother modernism. Together, they form Europe's largest single-run arts center.
