Impressionist pastel on heavy paper by Washington State artist Susan Flora Glendenning (born 1948.) Signed and marked "NPS" (National Pastel Society) lower left. Glendenning was born in Virginia and trained at Meredith College in Raleigh, graduating in 1971. She continued her education in North Carolina before spending time in Europe.
