I was raised by an avid fly fisherman and ended up marrying one too. I wanted to capture the beauty of the sport with a vintage flair. I use my father's creel as my inspiration when I paint a fishing scene. The colors are calming and the grace of the casting figure is palpable. It would be perfect for a study, library or anywhere an outdoorsman dreams of being on the river.
