Graphic framed original poster for the opening of the New York International Design Center in 1985. This is a gorgeous poster featuring a lovely black and white photo of the building by Judith Turner. The building,was designed by the legendary architect and designer Ely Jacques Kahn. A single strip of red/orange coloring at the top of the poster compliments the black and white design. This piece is in very good condition but has some small imperfections such as small creases and corner pinholes. This piece measures 38.25 in tall, 26.25 in wide, and .75 in deep. The poster measures 24" x 36". Provenance: From the personal collection of designer Ralph Rye – a multi-talented visionary with a career in city planning, architecture, interior design, lighting, and furniture design.
