Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol and Joan Miro, to name a few. This is a beautiful piece from Peter’s Junge Wilde collection he created in Germany, executed on canvas. It is signed and dated “P. Keil, ‘87” in the lower left corner and is titled and signed with location “Aaustrau, Peter Keil, Berlin” on the verso. This piece was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear.
