"Chaos in Wien" by Todd Watts, 1984 #12/13 TODD WATTS was born in 1949 on the island of Manhattan. He maintained a studio in New York from 1971 until 2000. . Watts has created wide-ranging, often large-scale, color photographs using both traditional and digital technologies. During the last forty years, these works have been shown in over twenty-five one-person shows and in many more group exhibitions throughout the U.S., Canada, and in Europe.
