For him, painting and sculpture are natural languages, the result of a multigenerational heritage. His painting is inclined to a three-dimensional transposition, in symbiosis with his bronze sculpture. Cascella's intense chromatic compositions are real architectures studded with symbols, almost an alchemical alphabet full of universal meanings.
