Engraving by Tommaso Piroli, from his "Antiquities of Herculaneum" (Antichita di Ercolano), Rome, 1790. It corresponds to a comedy by Pliny. A servant in a comic mask makes an insulting horn gesture, with his index and little fingers raised, at two women. Good conservation. It appears to have been cropped, and the original measurements of the paper were 20" x 14".
