Kann’s adventure is above all a family story: what distinguishes it from the rest is the skilled work of the craftsmen of Kanaan, a collective founded in 1958 in Beit Chabab, Lebanon, by the father of Houssam, the founder of Kann Design, himself a cabinetmaker.Since its creation, the studio has shown and gained great skills in cabinetmaking, painting, tapestry, and welding, and since 2017, thanks to Houssam’s brother, Samer Kanaan, the workshops have been modernized and expanded to accommodate Kann’s ever-more ambitious projects, particularly customized orders for specific projects carried out in collaboration with architects.
