Tulio de Sagastizabal – Framed Limited Edition Print Tulio de Sagastizabal was born in Misiones, Argentina in 1948. He lives and works in Buenos Aires. He’s been active in the city’s art scene for over 30 years, and has represented Argentina at the IV Biennial of La Habana, in 1991 and at the I Biennial of Porto Alegre, in 1997. According to the artist, even though the entire undertaking of his work may seem to reflect bridled intuitions and purposes, he never feels absolute control over the images that come out and take shape in this way; he never fully grasps what they demand or require of him.
