Oil on canvase realized by Giovanni Francesco Romanelli, so called "Il Viterbese" (1610-1662). It depicts the famous abduction of Persephone, daughter of Zeus and Demeter, by Hades. This is a work of great quality, created by the "Viterbese" in a round shape. Includes a coeval gilded wooden frame 84.5x84.5.
