This came out of a Chicago collection. It appears to be signed Linda Tweed. It depicts a dragon or griffin (phoenix?) like mythological figure. it is done on a fine tissue like paper and there is some wrinkling present. Should mat out flat at framers. it is done in vibrant colors of reds and blues.
