A pair of original, MCM lithograph art prints modeled after Peter Ostuni’s monumental "King & Dukes of Savoy" mural, which was designed in 1951 for the iconic lobby cocktail lounge of the Savoy-Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue in New York City. This rare pair is a continuous cubist diptych spanning approximately 24 inches in total width when hung side-by-side, featuring medieval knights and horses. The left panel features a custom gold-stamped graphic reading "Café Lounge and Bar". Both pieces are housed in their original low-profile dark wood frames with subtle gilt inner borders. The back of each panel features an original vintage paper label from the MODERN MIRROR AND GLASS SHOP (framing company).
