A beautiful botanical watercolor created and signed by Dan Short. I love the way he incorporates the matte into his artwork. Dan Short was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky in 1951 and died in 1988, at the age of 36. His techniques were influenced by Roy Harm and Bill Zimmerman. This piece was acquired from an estate in Louisville, Kentucky. Beautiful work in an attractive, professional frame.
