This large vintage Chinese hanging scroll painting features an Imperial Ancestor Portrait of a Qing Dynasty Emperor formally seated on a throne. The Emperor is depicted in a luxurious imperial robe. Presented in the traditional scroll format, complete with a silk border and roller bar, this piece is an authentic and striking example of Asian Imperial art. A numerical number remains in its original condition marked on the bottom bar of the scroll.
