The delicate detail within the original watercolor depicts the beauty of the Carmel Mission Basilica in California. This small painting reflects the serenity and architecture of the late eighteenth century structures built at that time. The varied blue and green colors, along with warm caramel tones of the scene are painted on paper, protected by glass and is surrounded in a soldered brass trim border. There is hanging hardware included on the silver tone back of the piece. The artist signature is Evodio M., 1992.
