These are authentic, vintage (not modern reprints) 1941 photogravures by the world famous British photographer John Everard. Printed on heavy stock with a matte finish, the image is blank on the reverse side. Great for a huge wall treatment or several smaller groupings. Apprx. 9.5" x 11.5". Acclaimed throughout his career, John Everard created masterful style photographs of the nude female form during the 1930's through the 1960's. A true master of lighting and composition, Everard's nude studies were well known for both technical precision and artistic beauty. Today his work is sought after by collectors and held in numerous important collections throughout the world. His nudes in any form (silver gelatin or photogravure) have now become particularly scarce.
