Gorgeous vintage large-size vertical batik of a Chinese Buddha printed on a canvas-like cloth and stretched over a wooden board. Buddha floats over a crackled background, standing on a bed of lotus leaves. Original tag with an explanation of the artwork is still intact on the backside. This batik is from Taiwan and dates back to possibly the late 1960s. Perfect for any vintage boho, mid century or Hollywood Regency decor.
