We are assuming this lovely watercolor was intended as a book illustration. It is one of a lot we acquired, some of which are signed by illustrator Gail Ross. This one may well be from a children's book called "Ducks Are Not Fish!" which she illustrated. It measures 14 1/2" x 22 1/4" and is in excellent condition, as pictured.
