With colors that hearken to the subtleties of sand, sea, and sky, Californian artist Dawn Wolfe has created meditative pieces reminiscent of days spent at the beach as a child, writing in the sand. The originals utilize the intaglio printing method, where designs are etched into a copper plate, inked, and pressed into the paper.
