Citizen super tanker slave clock original blue finish.A reclaimed and restored maritime slave clock also called secondary clock of superior build quality.These clocks were used in great numbers on super tankers, cargo ships and military vessels built during the 1970s and housed a movement that would be controlled by a master clock.We have removed the old 24volt movement (which can only be used as part of the clock circuitry on ships) and replaced with a battery quartz movement featuring a sweep second hand which means the second hand glides and does not tick, original hands intact.The case is made of mild steel with a domed glass and chrome bezel the dial is highly legible dial with Arabic numerals and white face.
