Antique 20th century scottish solid silver desk clock and inkwell by hamilton & inches. The inkwell is formed with a heavy, smoothly curved glass body, topped by a silver lid which incorporates a removable clock. The clock has a roman numeral dial, a subsidiary seconds dial and an eight-day movement. Both practical and decorative, it makes a fine desk accessory. hallmarked scottish silver (925 standard), edinburgh, year 1903 (r), maker's mark h&i (hamilton & inches). condition in great condition - wear expected with age.
